I've learned that the German language creates new words by just adding existing words to each other.  This makes for some crazy-long words, which are totally intimidating to those of us who are trying--and mostly failing--to make sense of the dang language.

To illustrate my point, here is a sign I saw on a car:
I'm guessing this is a joke, since when I typed it into Google Translate, there was no translation.  But, now I'm intrigued. . .

Any German speakers out there have any idea what this is trying to say?
