Here is Adam in the opening number of his 4th grade opera, The Barber of Seville. Adam is right in the center in all red. He got to play the roles of Officer Vito and Pavarotti.
I was a bit nervous before the opera started. A bunch of fourth graders and an opera didn't seem like a good combination. But, the kids took it all very seriously and were very well prepared. I thoroughly enjoyed the hour or so of the performance. And, I gotta hand it to the music director. I truly didn't think it could be done, but he proved me wrong!
